At Prilient Technologies we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including any data collected through WhatsApp Business communications.
What Data We May Hold
- Your name, email, and phone number submitted through our forms.
- Your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, and message content exchanged with us.
- Enquiry or support message history.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please do one of the following:
- Send an email to info@prilient.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", or
- Send us a WhatsApp message containing the words "DELETE MY DATA" from the phone number associated with your data.
Please include the name, email, or phone number associated with your data so we can identify and verify your request.
What Happens Next
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations. We will confirm once the deletion is complete.
