The demo never meets real data
It works on a spreadsheet export, but nobody connected it to the live CRM, ERP or ticket queue, so the team keeps copying and pasting.
We connect language models and machine learning models to your CRM, ERP, helpdesk, databases and apps, with only the permissions they need and a person approving anything risky. After launch we measure accuracy, cost and speed every month, so the AI keeps earning its place.

It works on a spreadsheet export, but nobody connected it to the live CRM, ERP or ticket queue, so the team keeps copying and pasting.
Data changes, users ask new questions and model versions change. Without tests and monitoring, nobody notices until a customer does.
Each call to a large model costs money and time. Without budgets and routing, the monthly bill rises faster than the value.
AI with broad access, no audit trail and no approval step is hard to sign off, so the project stops at the pilot.
Integration and operations fix all four: AI gets narrow, logged access to real systems, every change is tested before release, and quality and cost are watched after go-live.
Add summaries, drafting, search, classification and chat to the web or mobile app you already have, through a small AI service your app calls like any other API.
Score and route leads, draft replies, classify tickets, match invoices and fill fields in the systems your team already works in, with write-backs only through approved actions.
Give AI assistants and agents a safe, defined set of tools for your systems, such as "find order" or "create ticket", with sign-in, scoped permissions and a log of every call.
How we build MCP serversPull the right records, documents and events from your databases, files and APIs, clean them and keep them in sync, so answers use current data. For search and Q&A over documents, see Generative AI development.
Generative AI developmentRun commercial models through their APIs, or open-weight models in your own cloud account or on your own servers when data must stay in your environment.
Evaluation sets, release tests, quality and drift monitoring, retraining, cost and latency dashboards and alerts, so the AI stays accurate and affordable.
What we run after launchMost projects use one of three patterns. We recommend one in the integration review, based on the task, the systems involved and how much the AI should be allowed to do on its own.
| AI feature inside your app | AI step in a workflow | AI agent with tools (MCP) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Summaries, drafts, search and classification inside screens people already use | Repeating back-office steps: inbox triage, invoice matching, ticket routing | Open-ended requests that need several lookups and actions across systems |
| How it connects | Your app calls our AI service through an API | Triggers and webhooks from your systems start each run | The agent calls tools on MCP servers or APIs we build for each system |
| Who decides | The user accepts or edits each suggestion | Rules plus a person for exceptions and risky steps | The agent acts within its permissions; risky actions wait for approval |
| Typical first project | A "draft reply" button in your helpdesk | Purchase invoices matched to orders in your ERP | An internal assistant that answers order and stock questions |

The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI assistants and agents use your systems through a defined list of tools. We design those tools so an agent can do its job and nothing more.

AI is not finished when it ships. Data, users and the models themselves change, so we run it like any other production system.
Not on the list? If a system has an API, a database we can read safely or a file export, we can usually connect it.
We map the systems, data and people involved, agree the task and how success is measured, and rate the security and data risks.
You get: an integration plan with the pattern, permissions and a go or no-go.
We design the APIs, connectors or MCP tools and collect real cases into an evaluation set before any build.
You get: the design, the permission list and the test set you will judge us by.
We build and connect everything in a test environment, with logging and approval steps from day one.
You get: a working integration scored against the test set.
The AI first runs alongside your team without acting, then takes over a small share of real work, then more.
You get: a rollout report with accuracy, speed and cost on real work.
Monitoring, monthly evaluation reports, cost tuning, model updates and retraining.
You get: monthly reports and support.

AI integration services connect AI models to the software you already use, so AI reads your real data and acts inside your real workflows. That covers choosing the integration pattern, building the APIs, connectors or MCP servers, setting permissions and human approvals, testing accuracy on your own cases, and running it after launch with monitoring, evaluations and cost control. The goal is AI your team uses every day, not a separate demo.
We start from what the system already offers: a REST API, webhooks, a database we can read safely, file exports, or as a last resort the screens your team uses. The AI gets its own service account with only the permissions it needs, reads data through that connection and writes back only through approved actions. Older systems without an API usually get a small connector service in front of them, so the core system itself does not change.
Calling an AI API takes a few lines of code. Integration is everything around it that makes the result safe and useful: pulling the right data from your systems, checking the answer, asking a person before risky actions, logging every step, handling errors and outages, and measuring quality and cost over time. We are not tied to one model vendor; we pick commercial or open-weight models per use case and can switch later without rewriting your integration.
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI assistants and agents use your systems through a defined set of tools, such as look up an order or create a ticket. An MCP server is that set of tools for one system. You need one when you want AI agents or assistants to work with your own data and actions in a controlled way. We can build them with narrow tools, OAuth 2.1 sign-in, scoped permissions, an audit log of every call and approval steps for anything that changes data.
MLOps is the practice of deploying, monitoring and retraining machine learning models, such as forecasts or computer vision models. LLMOps applies the same discipline to language-model features: test sets, prompt and model versioning, quality and drift monitoring, guardrails and cost tracking. Both matter because AI quality changes after launch as your data, your users and the models themselves change. Without them, accuracy drops and costs rise without anyone noticing.
Before launch, we build an evaluation set from your real cases and score every version of the prompt, model or pipeline against it, so a change that makes answers worse is caught before release. After launch, we monitor quality signals, user feedback, response time and cost per request, and alert when any of them moves. Costs are controlled by routing simple tasks to smaller models, caching repeat work and setting budgets per feature.
An integration review of your systems and use cases takes a few weeks. A first production integration for one workflow usually takes longer, depending on how many systems it touches and how clean their APIs are. We quote a fixed price for each stage before it starts, and the monthly run-and-improve service is priced separately, so you can see both costs.
